USB not working when up 5.1 galaxy S4

USB show

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Put phone to download mode then look is Enable CP logging is available.

Download mode still show USB UNKNOW code 43 .

Recovery Mode can't Enable CP logging .
