After Rooting Process complited, then Restart two times,

After That,

Step 2
connect phone into download mode by pressing vol- + home + power then vol up.

now tick EFS Clear and press flash.

after restart mobile press *#0808# and DM+Modem+ADB press ok

Yes My dear bro, even OTA MF3 Lock and do not work *#7284# .
without phone not found in diag two ports in DM+Modem+ADB ,
I tried with LGTOOL, but no luck then finally I apply this process,

And I am 100% Done. and MF3 Root process is 100% Working in any MF3 firmware.

for EXFAT use Windows7.

Your wrong ... *#7284# does work .... First turn oFF phone and plug S7070 RJ45 cable and you will be able to use *#7284# ....
