That's the downside my client brought the phone not knowing what firmware was it on and my pc can't read phone info, I can't debug it so I'm playing the guessing game lol I tried updating thru Odin and z3x and I can't because the custom block.

You can remove frp by loading with odin eng root and then use a command post here on the forum and done.

I flash the sboot which on z3x shows flash but on the devices it shows fail

download the file i PM you

flash it with odin then open command line and paste this command while the phone is on

adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1
open settings > Enable OEM Unlock then factory rest the phone from settings

no you dont need it if you were able to download the file , make sure you have adb installed in your PC
