can be done with z3x.
just press repair and fill imie which is on back of the phone.
also u can check help menu in soft for more info.u will find detailed manual there.

@Abdullah Shafiq bro, install fresh ROM 4.1.2, root your ROM, and wipe date/cache and try again Repair IMEI.
