IS PHONE RECOVERABLE OR NOT? SHOULD I USE JTAG?!

GOOGLE NEXUS STUCK ON BOOT IMAGE GOOGLE

WHEN FLASH I GET FOLLOWING ERROR...

FLASH WITH Odin3 v1.81 DOWNLOADER YOUR PROBLM WILL BE SOLVED

i did flash with odin 1.82 but no luck same prob!!!! is there any other flashing tool?
