GT-I9000 IMEI Repair, Crashing on Call - GSM-Forum

Hey guys,

i did an IMEI repair on a GT-I9000, it seems to have worked, however now when i make a call the phone crashes, black screen no buttons working but the call continues and i can hear myself on the phone i call but i cant hear anything on the S1

do you think this is related to the IMEI change or something else?

i have flashed it about 10 times now

Strange problem. This kind of errors I get only becouse of firmware not becouse of repairing IMEI. Try to write a FW with 3 files+pit file with Repartition checked.

thanks for the reply buddy i actually managed to sort it, turned out it was a faulty proximity sensor.

damn coincidences :P
