downgrade to 4.1 repair imei then unlock...i was done by this way..best of luck...

bro check ur phone (imei certi: pass or fail)by typing *#0011#

if "imei certi fail" need to write super imei via spt box

Click on Repair And Tick Repair Efs\Baseband
Tick imei & Fill Your Samsung Original imei
Press Ok

reset efs,then write orig imei # on latest z3x version
then repair network only on v17.4
