gt i9500 repaired baseband but unable to make a call

i have i9500. it was on known baseband. according to the customer he downgraded phone to 4.4.2 to 4.2.2. then this problem occured.

i again upgraded to 4.4.2 now base band and imei is ok but when i make a call it shows NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK..

When i repair the network it shows following error.
hard reset and root phone again


support team please help me .

Root your manually,cek your log software.your phone not root.

maybe imei is coped alot and blacklisted or imei cert fail so write a new cert

rooted phone again then reapair network and again on unknow baseband
