Hello, in what conditions is imei and baseband ok or unknown?
imei is blacklisted and not registered on the net?

Check the service mode by typing this code * # 0011 # from the numeric keyboard, if imei status and baseband are ok or unknown and post a sceenshot here in the service mode forum
