GT-P5100: z3x box does not repair imei - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

I rooted the tablet but z3x box can't repair imei; this is a part of log..

Checking Super user right... true
Reading nv data... error
Done with Samsung Tool v.18.1

How can I solve the "reading nv data...error"?

Z3X friendly group,
can you tell me, please, if my Z3X box can make unlock and repair imei on P5100 routed?

Or I try to unlock, or try to repair imei, or try to read the memory (efs), the software always gives me the same error:

Super Checking user right ... true
Reading nv data ... error
Done with Samsung Tool v.18.1

Can you help me understand where I wrong?

Now I have a new error when z3x read efs:

Exception: Access violation at address 00671ECB in module 'SamsungTool.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFF

Done with Samsung Tool v.18.1

I don't understand....
