i received i9000 for unlock

i download patched file

I9000_XXJPK_modem_patched_Z3X.tar

and when flashing it show this error

Opening Port... OK
Setup connection... OK
Reading PIT From Phone... OK
Sending modem.bin... Error

and now when opening phone show

phone and Triangle with question mark and computer

i try to flash full flash but i can't also here is log

i try 2 pc and many flashes all same error

note:i can't enter download with combined vol- home power

i enter with adapter then connect usb is it problem??
