Hello, why your smartcard has been banned post a screenshot if you get an error during any operation you try to do with z3x.

These are the reasons why the z3x smartcard is banned

Reasons for card ban can be:

1. Reseller request due PayPal charger back / or not paying after receiving LOGIN / PASS with credits,
2. Reseller request due PayPal charger back / or not paying after receiving BOX,
3. Violation user agreement (Before installation software user must read and accept user agreemenr),
4. Using stolen LOGIN / PASS with credits. (Login / Pass you have to buy only from official reseller to avoid this).

What to do if card banned through the above reasons:

Reason 1 - Contact with reseller and fix issue with him.
Reason 2- Contact with us through contact us form: [email protected]
