help 2g tool not open but samsung tool v17.4 work ok - GSM-Forum

plz help z3x team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my box working well 2 days ago

but now i am facing this problem...
when i open 2g tool then screen apear card found and its still apear always..

but when i open v17.4 its working well...
i also reinstall 2g tool but same problem
and when i check in shell - card info... then card not found
i also try to repaire card but get failed
plz help urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its driver problm u need to update ur box drivers and then install new axe
it will work

smart card driver problam

bast to use gpg Z3x box black box always card not found

You can use only 1 Z3X Software at a time [Shell / Samsung Tool / Samsung 2G Tool ]..

You are getting Card Not Found on Shell , because Samsung Tool was already running.

Your 2G Tool might stopped running due to your firewall / anti virus updates.
Check for it , Contact them ( AV / Firewall )to spare (Exception in Scanning) 2G tool from being scanned and run independently.

After that re-install 2G tool it will run smoothly as earlier.
