| check on the WEBSITE (not in SHELL) if it shows your user. If not, just login on website with your user and password. If it doesn't accept it, follow the procedure: Open the shell, go to "show more features" click on the Wizard Restore accont password. It will ask for confirmation. It will give you the new password. Now log on on the website with your user and new password (it will work ok this time), in profile you can change the password again, without problems. Some clients got that problem after shell and card update, you only need to do this one time, then you'll be able to login directly from shell as usual. |
