HELP: Galaxy S6 Edge SM-G925A Goes to Voicemail When Receiving Calls w/CLEAN OEM IMEI

Hi guys, I have this Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SM-G925A smartphone. I have to point out that the phone has a ORIGINAL/Never changed IMEI and it has been unlocked by SIM. The problem is that people calling the phone says that the phone rings once and then it goes to the voicemail. Then the phone never rings in my end but it still shows the missed call. The phone also makes phone calls but the it takes around 10 seconds to connect/for the call to go thru. I have done this: Factory reset, Network/Connection Reset, and Full 4 file firmware Odin flash. What do you think guys????? Thanks!

Hi CHANDARAKK, what if I backup the cert and write it again? Also, why do you think that this will solve the problem knowing that this IMEI is the original and the phone is not blacklisted and unlocked by AT&T SIM code?

This is what I did:

1. I downgraded to G925AUCS6DQC1 6.0.1
2. I used ENG ROOT for this model
3. I used Z3X to "READ CERT" (To backup the Cert file)
3 . I used Z3X to "Write CERT" using the same CERT file that I just had backed up
4. I flash back the original BOOT.img file of G925AUCS6DQC1 to unroot the phone.

The phone makes phone calls quick now. Please note that if I try to upgrade the phone to 7.0 Nougat, then the problem comes back. It takes a long time to connect to a call. So I had to repeat all whole process again. I also notice that if I tunr off the "DATA" in the phone, the phone calls connect fast too. It seems that there is something wrong in the settings that makes the calls to slow down when the "DATA" is on in the phone.

Any ideas guys??????????????

Just to clarify, what really made the trick was the fact that I downloaded the firmware from 7.0 Nougat to Marshmallows 6.0.1. In the APN settings, I also added the APN type to: "default, supl, internet, mms,VoLTE,OTA". Also, APN protocol to "IPv4/IPv6". The phone started making quick phone calls again.
