HELP: Galaxy S6 SM-G920V Takes For Ever to Connect to Network w/Clean Original IMEI

Hi guys, this is about a Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920V Verizon phone with original OEM Cert/IMEI. This phone had a Samsung Reactivation lock on. I tried downgrading the firmware and using the Eng Sboot to remove the lock with Z3X box but it did not work. So, I decided to remove the lock manually without box (many ways online). After I did that, I tried making a phone call but the phone takes for ever to dial a number. I noticed that the phone connects when the LTE symbol goes away or when the data is not present. Also, people calling the phone says that the phone rings once and then it goes to voicemail. The phone never rings in my end. What do you think guys????

Why does the phone gets a long time to connect/make a call when the LTE symbol is showing next to the antenna siganl meter??? also, if an " E" is shown next to the antenna siganl meter, the phone call is connected quick/normal.

Hi. Have you done a right flash after FRP solved? Maybe the phone has a mix of not compatible files and the baseband is not working properly. If after that still same issue maybe is a hardware problem. Compare the signal with another one in same network.
