Help please READ CODE E390 not work - GSM-Forum

Please have one E390 Samsung for Read Code, have forgot the psw when Insert Sim, show "Sim Code" ON, have tested whith D800 Cable , the unique compatible, battery out and Power Off, (also whith battery), but this is forever the LOG:

Code:

Selected model: E390
Selected com port: COM3
Selected speed port: 921600
Please, connect phone and press shortly power button
Timeout
Send loaders - fail
Elapsed time: 35 second, sw ver: 3.5.0040

Have tested whith more version of Samsung Tool, but is the same resultated, Not Read or Reset these Code, solution Please?, thankx

D800 cable is Ok whith Z3X, but not have the TAT MODE abilitated, please help me how to or which old version og Samsung Tool support this E390, thanks
