HELP REPAIR EFS i9300

hello team i just received a samsung i9300 with imei NULL, so i tried repair imei with z3x but always failed at NV DATA ERROR. so i decided to flash the phone with Odin, flashing was succesful but now its stuck on SAMSUNG LOGO, if i put phone in recovery mode shows this error


e:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument)

please help me

SOLVED BY ME if you face my same problem flash with this firmware on my logs ,and then repair efs with good file, then repair imei
