Help , samsung galaxy note 4 sm n910f repair problem

Hello all , i need to know if the z3x box is compatible with this phone , to unlock the carrier and to repair the imei . Efs was deleted in service menu (android4.4.4) without a backup so the imei is null.
I ask that because I went in 3 service's who have z3x box and octopus , and they cant repair my imei .
They all say at the beginning is 80% chance to not recover the imei .. is true ? The imei is recoverable or not (more then 70%) ?
Besides the z3x box what i need more ?
Wehen I went with the phone in service , the android version was 5.0.1 repair version , now i downgrade to 4.4.4 and I root the phone with cf autoroot , maybe next time i will be more lucky , because the guys from service dont try another firmware version..

Best to restore backup or write different FW, untill baseband is not Unknown then you can proceed to Write CERT.
