not working with me i try , latest version Kies installed and latest samsung mobiles driver .when i unlock just freeze on reading info

use UART cable, set in phone DM over UART, choose com port, and press unlock, done two phones yesterday

my phone i9500 i press *#9090#
DIAG CONFIG
1-LOG VIA USB
2- SPEED 115200
3- DBG MSG OFF
4- RAMDUMP OFF
5- DUMP ALL TRACE
6- CP TRACE : OFF
7- OCT FORCE CONTROL : OFF

4- ramdump off
5- dump all trace

Something wrong with your phone sw then becuase *#9090# should bring up a DIAG Config menu from where you need to select DM over UART
