Sorry Blang , its' My Mistake, i just searched from Samsung Tool PRO Doanwlods TAB .

But from Shell , i found 4 Root files for this Model.

j100fn unlock done with z3x first flash root file after that root with kingoroot
then unlock with z3x ,
after unlock done, phone asked for code's
first is 12345678 second is 00000000
now phone is 100% free en working !
