i'm pretty sure you don't have this phone right now to try to unlock it but give you instruction for next time unlock

1: root the phone using Cydia Impactor it's one click root very easy

2: put your phone to developer mode

3: insert micro usb cable
and get ready your urt cable as well you need it

4: click on unlock

ignore wrong model selection error

debug usb and root with impactor
dial *#7284# choose modem for uart and pda for usb
connect phone to usb and unlock
prepare to connect to uart when it is requested

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:

Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Enable 'USB debugging' in

Try compact root to root it and unlock with micro USB select model t599n all codes will be rest to 00000000
