i have a problem to read phone lock code for samsung c3303 connector type is micro usb ( nokia 5130c connector type ) please help me how to solve it

I have z3x box just bought new and it has cable rj45 s8300 (zex box sam s8300 but i can't connect samsung c3303 with this cable. With usb read info ok but i want to read e2p from this set and i will need it to connect with rj45 because usb not support e2p read. But i cant get phone connected with rj45 cable supplied by z3x. Can u tell me where is the problem?

with z3x box i try to unlock phone code for samsung 3303k, "volume up" + "lock" and connect USB cable to phone it can't Connect to control pipe plz what will i do

you can buy electronics store near your house,
but now Z3x update not working with z3x micro uart
you can use usb cable nokia
