how remove samsung FRP with z3x

i only ask remove samsung frp with z3x only not other box. I was use z3x samsung tool pro 27.7 for remove frp and never sucess. For example samsung J200
This is the step:
1. download combination file from z3x.
2.flash combination file for j200 on pda with odin or z3xbox
3.phone now go to binary seting.
4.open usb debuging and choose reset frp from tool pro27.7 and the result always sucess.
5.now reset phone from phone setings.
6. go to download mode and frp must be OFF.
7.flash again with file and phone must be on with frp was gone.

i was do it more than 4phone and never sucess
is that true what i am doing?
if from z3x server i found a lot of combination file, which must i choose? Are i must flash combination file one by one.

you forgeted to turn on oem unlock in developer option, then do factory reset..

Steps:
1.Flash The Original Files same(if any) with Combination Version you have downloaded From Shell..if done,let the device ask email account than turn off again
2.Flash Combination Files,tick sboot&boot only on beside browse files(some case it need preloader & boot)...when done,dont turn on The devices. but you must do factory reset on recovery mode then,,,
3.turn on phone till it ask email account,let PC recognizedadb driver,than you must klick RESET FRP On Unlock Tab,And dont Forget to tick Authorized debug on Device Screen(phone)
4.once you enter Settings on Phone,Activate "Oem Unlock" on USB Debuging Than Do Factory RESET
