How to repair Imei Samsung S4 SGH-M919 4.4.4 M919UVUFNH7


anyone have step by step to repair imei,im try but no luck, have signal with no imei but after first call the signal is dropped and never come back, im repair imei but with imei not get signal from network, any solution for this problem?

Just write QCN first if still same then do reset efs + repair imei and write QCN again.

I do that, but not get signal, this phone its blacklisted im change the imei and write the original qcn from phone but no network, another solution? step by step??
