i want unlock Blackberry But MEP counter is 0 how can i solved this problem

where is the problem ,i started the work with boxs from 20/05/2012
i found the solution with rom booter but MEP counter stay 0

z3x doesn't deal bb phones.

Anyway there are free solutions for old security phones, check in blackberry sections.

If your set is new security, no other way than dm3 service.

but i folowed this steps
1- desktop manager is installed
2- i Run Rom booter (a dos window apear)
shows connecting to bootrom :

Error:10

3- finaly the blackberry restart & the mep counter stay at 0

use use BBSAK and reset your BB first istall drivers .
after that try with privios solution

what bb do you try to reset mep ?

if it's 8520 or stuff like that you can't as said before.

not all bb can reset using rombooter sometimes it can be used by MFI Loader and as i have said not all bb phones mostly in new security

yes that's it BB 8520 the counter stay 0

l suggest to you that mep 0 counter should be unlock like sl3 that is paid to make money for yourself.
