How to reset Samsung F480i phone lock? - GSM-Forum

Hi

I am getting an error when reading codes - I really need to reset the code of this Samsung SGH-F480i

Code:

Selected model: F480I
Selected com port: COM9
Selected speed port: 921600
Please, connect phone and press on 3 sec power button
Booting... OK
Found bad block on addres: 014A03EA
Read info - ok
Elapsed time: 33 second, sw ver: 3.4.0028
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please help!!

try do direct unlock

it will reset all codes to default

direct unlock can't reset code to default.
only with flashing can remove user code.

flash your phone if not 00000000 ! 100% work

I tried to backup the flash and got an error - Will it give me an error when flashing ?

Also what file should I download?

lol!Mr.Wajid!actually you spamed it with your useless post,otherwise all others gave the ideas according to their knowledge.say what you know about to reset user lock of F480i.
I beleive that it can be reset only if we flash this phone or else try it with HWK.reset MMI ,hope it will work.

flash with nspro, or z3x, put in download mode, all will be well....hope this helps

removed the sim card and type *2767*3855# and wait for few sec the phone will restart and u are done
