Lg 2-3G Tool 9.59 and LG D631:

Direct Unlock
Factory Reset
Read NVM
Read QCN
Read Security
Repair IMEI
Reset FRP
Reset Security
Write NVM
Write QCN
Write Security

No DEACTIVATE KILL SWITCH option in Z3X lg tool

How to solve the problem?

Please help

Hi,
Try run MTK Smart Tool and reset like D855.

What is mode of connection?

Must be connected in 9008 mode.

Though I have already do BACK TO SENDER

but phone doesn't go edl mode
