How trick to unlock samsung SHV-E250S

Any body in here maybe can help me case,i receive samsung Note 2 Korean version aka SHV-E250S , i try with z3x but status always failed

Read security error always happen when phone has new security - try downgrading firmware

i tried so many time for unlocking i747 butt no use try to root but it stuck on get pit fr mapping in odin also this error while downgrading frimware in odin so i use z3x version 17.0 and select model use uart cable next thing use to tick new security and also tick not to backup and restore nvm file its done i will also upload pics tomorrow. just in sec set restart and pick network.

Please Sir i need some answers why you've stated that it can unlock E250S but when i tried it was not unlocked, you have neglected us as users in this forum, this is my customer's phone and i can not hold it in my hands for to long to try waiting for solutions or answers from z3x support if there is so called "support" for this, please just says it was not supported then finished we can go try other box or software and not wasted our time begging for solutions, and we did bought this software because we see good support but lately why you neglected users questions in this forum?

and the crazy thing is after unlock with skipping nvm backup and restore it failed also destroyed the imei, but phone can work now, even it says failed to unlock but i get signal and can make call but imei is all zero..

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Power on the phone.
2. Open dialer, type 319712358 and enter code 996412.
3. In opened menu choose 'SIO Mode' and select 'MODEM' for both options.
4. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
5. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
6. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.
