i have i8190 to unlock

but z3x doesnt find modem
but modem is installed

Always be sure you installed all drivers correct and enable in Settings - Applications - Unknown Source and in Development - USB Debugging.

normal volume up + home + power to access recovery and wipedata/factory reset

Do Hard Reset Volume Up + Home + Power Some Seconds Phone Vibrate Then Go Recovery Mode So Do Wipe Data That's It.

for those who dont want to downgrade v4.1.2 you can still unlock
i8190 v4.1.2 rooted and unlock
