HY!!! Succesfull unlocked with rj45 service cabel (C3300K) i try many times with usb cable a lote of time and drivers and bla bla....soo finaly...
just conect powered on phone to service cable and select i9001 and click unlock....wait 5-7min and finaly apeare nck code...... good luck!!!!

I try it many version of firmware, rooting phone, all uart cable what I have for z3x, but *#9090# is not active.
In finally it will be active with cable s7070 from nspro.

why unlock it with usb cable
just use c3300 cable rj45 and select serial comport of the box
