I used search ofcourse, it's not problem to unlock 2.3.6, but not many threads with android 4.0.4

Please tell me, when rooting the phone, does it matter what basebend version the phone is, my is N7000XXLRK ?

I can't root it with DooMLoRD_v4_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su it does says it all done but the the phone is not rooted, anybody please help

Ok, I managed to root the phone, but now the z3x box does not see the phone
Phone Not Found
Done with Samsung Tool ver 12.7

Any ideas?

Disconnect USB cable and power on the phone.
Select menu
"Settings"->"Applications"->"Development"->"Enable USB debugging" and connect
USB cable...OK

Now wtf, it's unlocked but I still get Enter Network Lock Control key ???

Looks like there is no way to unlock galaxy note on ICS, has anyone done that, I can't find any thread on forum that anybody did id, just people who downgraded to 2.3.5 and the unlock, which is not a problem, but what about ICS ?

does a Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Note hard reset - PDA Smartphone PNA hard reset soft reset

and try the unlock again

If it does not work

update it to 2.3.6

Just to mention one more thing, the phone was unlocked with 2.3.5 but the owner upgraded to 4.0.4 and than the phone locked, does this change anything ?
