micro-uart cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Connect the phone to UART port.
3. Choose correct COM port in port settings.
4. Press "Unlock" button.
micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for both options.
3. Type *#9090# and choose USB Diag.
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
6. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press "Unlock" button.

Try Like This..

1. Go to Calculator application.
2. Enter (+32286798378+ number, to get phone dial window.
3. type: *#7284# number for PhoneUtil.
4. Set USB radio button to Modem value.
5. go back one level and type: *#9090# for servicemode
6. Select option USB.
7. Close, and restart the device.
8. Connect the device to the computer, and install drivers.
9. Select comport and Press Read codes or Direct unlock.

Go to Applications > Utility > Calculator
For Android 3.x type: (+32286798378+
For Android 4.x type: (+30012012732+
Change phone mode
Go to the keypad and type *#7284#
Select MODEM option at the USB section. If the code does not work, use *#9090# instead.
Go to the keypad and type *#1575#
Now press the MENU key, select Back, [4] DIAG CONFIG and select the [1] USB option.
Press the MENU key and select END.
Now restart your phone and wait until it fully starts up.
