bro it,s very simple download file from z3x support in samsung files/firmware/s5620 and here u download this 2 file

1-CODE_S5620XEJB2
2-CSC_S5620OXEJB2

put phone in download mode pressing volum down+camra bottno+power botton conect usb cable do simple flash with this file and after flash do direct unlock

Thanks for your help. I tried what you suggested but I still can't go ahead when write firmware. Please see picture. Is there anything I have done wrong.

my friend ur doing wrong now lisnt carefully

disconect all divices only conct z3x box

flash ur phone with all files ur using only 2 file apps and csc
do as i,m saying and u ill get

use this file to full flash

1-CODE_S5620XEJB2
2-CSC_S5620OXEJB2

here u get all file(remember u have to select 7 files)
after flash do direct unlock.

hope now u get

I ticked all the 7 boxes above but still get the same message. I connected the box to my computer then put the phone into download mode(red bar appeared on the screen with the word download). I then connected the phone with mini USB cable to Z3xbox and then clicked on FIRMWARE. HERE I get the same message as in above picture.

I think I am not the right person for technical stuff!

you cant flash only apps!!!
and you cant flash apps with firmware othe type of boot.

try relfhash via multiloader + boot

Hi!

I just fhas my phone with the fhas that you said ( CODE_S5620XEJB2 + CSC_S5620OXEJB2)

After fhash the phone is "dead" . It will not switch on.
When I connect the phone with the computer the phone begins to charge the baterry.
I can put it in boot mode to fhas again...

Any solution??
