you have to use certificate to unlock this phone but your imei will change.

Here is the way I wipe the EFS without Root ....
Dial *#9090#
Press Menu Enter Q
Press Menu and hit Back, After Enter Key 0000
Wait for couple of seconds...
You will Prompt into MAIN MENU
Select UE SETTINGS & INFO, SYSTEM, NV BACKUP TEST, EREASE ALL EFS1/2/3 and Select YES...
Done EFS WIPE without ROOT.....


After this record cert file

phone must be rooted before to write cert file? because i wiped and cannot write cert asking root. which root to use ?
