How to unlock SC-02G on 6.0.1 firmware? [Done] - GSM-Forum

So, I have got this phone from DOCOMO on 6.0.1 firmware. The phone is rooted, DIAG activated (via Calc).

Code:

Operation: Unlock
Selected model: SC-02G
Selected port: COM11 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port 
Software version: 32.4

Reading phone info...
Reading IMEI... OK
IMEI: 354057061790145
Unlocking... error (02)

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.32.4

What to do next??? Samfirm downloads SC02GOMU2CQK4 only (this is the same version as in phone now). Does anyone have the right firmware for unlocking?

Thanks, man! It works fine, phone is unlocked now!

Small remark: after flashing that modem file phone IMEI will "erased" (can not be shown via *#06#), but don't worry, after unlock and reflashing original firmware IMEI will come back
