Allgsmunlock server (box) unlocked mine using AT&T service in less than 1 hours. Try that!!!

Only way to unlock network provider, so call them .I think the service instant and almost cheep.

thanks, 100% works for me..

but you can try this also
insert unaccepted simcard, click sos, while connecting to emergency dial *2727*2878# then phone will automatically restart..

Unsupported by Z3X and this Method "Is Temporary Unlock" and Have risk, I was Have same problem for Unlock and You Buy AT&T Code in our Unlock Server if you have credits and easy way put code very cheap too.

Yup its temporary unlock coz when the phone was turned off I cant use the 2nd way of unlocking it again! So I went ahead and tried the 1st way of unlocking it (type *2767*3855# when phone restarts quickly insert unaccepted sim) and it seems more stable coz i accidentally turned off the phone and start backed up no problem (it was still unlocked)!! Thanks!!
