I have same problem. After unlock and auto root. I whant to unroot and uninstall superuser (v3.1.3 (46))
There is no option in superuser for uninstall.
Reseting phone does not help.
Also after upgrade from v4.1.2 to 4.3 superuser still remains.
Is it posiblle to unroot it and to uninstall or delete superuser.

Thanks
