I have a problem with my box


I plugged it in it was fine did my job on a phone unplugged everything. Now when I put my box back in the rx and tx lights stay solid. I tried different wires I also tried a different laptop same problem. Anyone know what the problem is or a fix for it? Thanks the box is like 2 months old.

try to contact yr reseller and ask if u can return under warranty.. or change for another one

Already asked he said no because it's after a month. Pretty crappy I have to switch out smart cards all the time.

thats a BS mate

ive bought mine from reseller from Poland. and every single one gives 6 month warranty..

i would still demand to get mine replaced if i were you

I bought it off eBay maybe that's why. But ya big time bs for a one month warranty.
