Getting back information from efs is hardly makeable. If it's been worked the wrong you cannot do it.

Yes that may happen.

The thing is that you might have a chanceif nothing has been touched after this.

If someone tried some tricks, everything is lost.

You might use an other imei and serial number, but it's not legal in most countries.
