I need to Unlock Galaxy SII, SHW-M250S from Korea - GSM-Forum

Hi brother
Here some longs after I unlock root with Z3X with Samsung Tool ver 11.4
but it is still locked say:" USIM Personalization Please enter your 4 digits password." when we put any Sim Card even original Sim Card.

Please give me a help!!

do hard reset only
press volume up +home+power button then press wipe data,scroll using vol button &press home btton as enter

Already tried, hard reset and flash the phone will not get rid of this usim personalization 4 digit code...it asks for this code only with simcard inserted...anyone knows how to unlock this?

same problem here. then i flashed my phone but now my phone not detecting sim cards my imei and baseband ok but not detecting sim card please help me
