Type *#7284# and choose Modem for both options.
Type *#9090# and choose USB Diag.
Reboot phone.

micro-uart cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Connect the phone to UART port.
3. Choose correct COM port in port settings.
4. Press "Unlock" button.
micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
3. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
4. Press "Unlock" button

It should be, as I don't have one in hand but I did check i747m, worked like a charm.

Root the phone with your favorite tool.
Download superSU 1.8 <<<< worked well with me
Run superSU, and disable KNOX security

*#0808# and select the last option, DM + MODEM + ADB

CONNECT USB CABLE

REWRITE THE ORIGINAL IMEI

PHONE UNLOCKED
