so you meant to use Samsung Tool v.15.3 for I337 Android Version 4.3, instead of Samsung Tool v.16.9?

No need to root either?

change ur baseband by flashing modem, MK2 to MDL then try unlock!

No need to change Modem in latest samsung tool version 17.0

Root ur device via KINGO ANDROID ROOT tool
open superuser, it will ask for disabling KNOX security, click YES, and reboot ur device,

open samsung tool V17.0, select samsung usb mobile port in comport settings,

click unlock.

IT WILL WORK!
