i537 imei problem

I did the unlock but the imei it was changed to 0/00 and can´t repair with v16.8

Hello i'm having the same problem, anyone know what to do?

Also when trying to use NSpro the software will just crash and exit when trying to repair IMEI. Doesn't happen with any other phones, just the i537.

i'm having the same problem as OP when using z3x box v16.8 (same thing on v16.9)... and also when i try to use NSpro 6.7.0 it just crashes in the middle of the process after resetting IMEI, when it tells you to connect powered off phone to s7070 and you disconnect the phone from USB to connect to s7070 NSpro software will just crash. (this post is to clarify the one above)

Tried on Win 7 and XP
