I547C unlock problem

Hi ! I have a Samsung I547C. I'm using 19.1 and 20 Z3X versions. With 20 version software don't recognize phone.
And with 19.1 give me this problem...

When ask for Z3X COM Port , I conect rj45 cable but nothing happend...

Any idea?

pd: In 20 version say that before unlock I need to dial *#0808# and select "DM+ ..." But it's a 4.1.2 android firmware , *#0808# or *#9090# didn't work

try this method

1 download the following file on your phone

2 Go to the phone’s Apps > My Files > All Files and select PhoneUtil.apk file.
If you read Install blocked warning, click on Settings, checked Unknown sources, click on OK and hit back button.
Select PhoneUtil.apk file again.

3 Scroll to the bottom and click on Install.
4 If you read Verify apps? warning click on Agree.
5 Once the application is installed click on Done.
6 Go to the phone dialer and dial *#7284#
7 Select PDA option.
8 Go to Qualcomm USB Settings and select the DM+MODEM+ADB option and hit OK.
9 Select Home button to exit the PhoneUtil screen.

Now connect your phone to the PC and install the drivers

If you check device manager you should see an diagnostic port in item "ports com&lpt" use this port as comport In our software, then click the direct unlock button for unlock
