i5500l android 2.1 s3g_11.4 (time bug)

Hi, I found a strange issue with this mobile.

Samsung 11.4 tool does unlock i5500L android 2.2.2. And it do it quick (security read only until 15%, 1 min time)

But with 2.1 android, it has to read all the security untill 90% (about 8 min) while s3g_10.3 read secuity until 15% about 1-2 min and phone unlocked.
