yes i am also face problem unlock i727 also in new ver 13.00 as same as old ver ....

what version of sofware you using?
did you try make full phone reset after unlock.
did you try code all zero 0000000?

v13.0, full reset yes, all zero yes, phone remains locked and doesnt accept zero code. when i write the nvm backup i got imei null/null
