George could you please write instructions on how to backup as stated? Don't know which backup is better the NVM backup or efs backup or apk backup as stated?

Also Xenior restore the QCN file provided with QPST.

Theres a QCN file on the internet that has T-Mobile bands enabled.

Personally i only backup the whole efs if i never unlocked the phone before.
i backup the efs with EFS PROffesional
Then i backup with QPST and with Z3X NVM
After i try unlock. if 3g/4g not working then i restore the qcn file after i never have any problems ...

1. Download qpst

2. Disconnect your phone from computer and Dial *#0808# on your phone dialer.

3. Choose “RNDIS + DM + MODEM” then connect to computer.

4. Start QPST Configuration application

5. Press Add New port, Uncheck “Show Serial and USB/QC Diagnostic ports only” add any port that says samsung. Then find the port that has your phone, other ports will say no phone.

6. Choose “Start Clients” and choose “SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD”.

7. Hit the “Restore” tab, set Port to your COM number. Next, choose the QCN File. Then hit “Start” button. If you get a warning just hit “OK”. If phone doesn't reboot, reboot manually.
