Use kingo for root then backup qcn. Do unlock with new security..restore qcn good to go

If you're unable to root it then you have to downgrade it to an earlier version of 4.4.2. Or downgrade the modem to a 4.1.1 version and change it back to a kitkat modem when done.

how to unable super user

Download above file and follow the instructions
1- root the phone with CF-Auto-Root-d2can-d2vl-sghi747m using odin
2- install recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.4.3-d2att using odin
3- update superUS with UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip from the SD card using the recovery clockwork (install zip from sd card)
4- After step 3 recovery will ask you to fix root so apply the fix .

Repair IMEI/Serial/BT/WiFi/Product Code:
1. Power on the phone.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Reboot phone.
4. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
5. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
6. Press 'Reset MSL' button to deactivate security.
7. Wait till phone reboot.
8. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
9. Fill values what you need to repair.
10. Press 'Repair' button.

Reset EFS, Disable Factory Mode:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,

Be carefully, do not perform this without necessity. Backup will be created automatically.
5. If you have yellow table on your device screen, then press 'Disable Factory Mode' button.

Wipe EFS/NVM:
If you have 'IMEI null/null' or 'Phone baseband unknown' errors,
Then you can try to repair this errors with this function.
