i have try like in faq but the software give this error

Count supported models - 246
Reading Phone Info... OK
Done with Samsung Tool ver 10.8.5

the problem is that this code don't work *#197328640# *#9090#

i can't enter this

2. Type: *#197328640# goto 9 common - 4 diag-hfk_configuration - 1 uart_null_usb_diag
3. Install drivers from z3x driver folder.
4. Choise i7500 from list - press unlock or imei repair.

What do you mean you can't enter the code ?

just enter : *#197328640#

i enter that code but nothing happens then
